About Braden Lons

The Driver

Braden Lons is a Formula Drift driver focused on long term development at the professional level. After completing his rookie Formula Drift ProSpec season in 2026, he earned his Formula Drift PRO license for 2027 and continues building toward the next stage of his career. 

His progression has been built through preparation, seat time, and accountability rather than shortcuts. Development happens both on and off track through simulator training, mechanical involvement in building and maintaining the cars, media responsibilities, and representing partners with professionalism.

Braden completed both his freshman and sophomore years in a single academic year through an accelerated homeschool program. Now a junior, he continues homeschooling while attending Moore Norman Technology Center for Electrical Trades. This balance allows him to continue competing nationally while developing practical skills in electrical systems, fabrication, communication, and program management.

The goal remains the same: continue developing as a driver, build a sustainable professional motorsports career, and be prepared for the next level.
